My feedback is BRILLIANT!!
I think the organisation was very good both on the day and the e-mails sent out beforehand. The unloading was very good and we all knew where to go, it could have been chaos as there wasn’t a lot of unloading space for all the cars. The layout of the hall was ideal with plenty of aisle space and also plenty of space for the crafters. Could not believe how many people attended, you must have done a terrific amount of advertising etc. All in all it was a great day and personally I had one of my best ever. Well done to both of you, when is the next one??!!

Well, what to say!
We had a great day, our second best trading day all year. Packing away was so easy - not much stock left to pack!
And we enjoyed it; lovely atmosphere.
And for your part we must thank you for a great venue, bringing loads of people in & smooth organisation.
Well done ! Let's do it again. All we ask is for dates ASAP so we can get them in our diary before anything else.

I would like to thank you both for organising such a well attended event. The day itself ran very smoothly from arrival to departure thanks to your organisation and I'm sure your pre-event publicity resulted in such good attendance figures. I have attended many events where the advertising has been severely lacking resulting in poor attendance. Low visitor numbers discourages the stallholders from booking future events which in turn results in lower turnout. These things tend to snowball. I look forward to hearing about future events.

Hi Folks,
It was a very good day yesterday. I was surprised at the number who turned up. It seemed to me, that it was busy right from just after ten until about 3.15 when it started to tail off. I had heard about the numbers from one of the other crafters, but the figure I had heard was about 1000. Not surprised it was higher though.
The venue is good, a nice large hall, with enough space for us and our boxes etc. I thought the access and parking was easy too. It was a bonus having Tony outside to greet everybody, and give directions, which made getting in easier and faster.
My sales on the day were good, so I hope everybody else had a good day as well. The folk around me seemed to be selling stuff quite happily over the course of the day.
All in all a very good day at a nice venue, and a good crowd of visitors, so it looks like a good one to do again.

Thanks for a really great day yesterday.
We thought the venue was perfect and we were more than happy with the footfall. In terms of our takings, we had our best day of the year!
Having so many stalls in the hall meant that there was a great atmosphere and visitors seemed to enjoy themselves.
We would definitely book at that venue again if you intend to hold craft fairs again there next year.

Firstly THANK YOU for a superb days trading and for a wonderfully organised event.
Clearly the larger and more central venues result in greater footfall with a bigger bite of the cherry for traders.
Abi of Giddy Designs and I have both posted posters on our facebook pages and I know that 2 couples came as a result of my promoting the event in this way - it worked for me so it will work for others.

Thanks for a good day. It was a good venue it reminded me of some of the craft fairs I did years ago which seem to be few and far between now. You had a good cross section of crafts something for everyone. Your advertising obviously worked in view of the numbers that came through and the atmosphere was good. All in all a really good day.

Hi Candice,
I thoroughly enjoyed the day and felt satisfied with how it went. I was positioned on the far wall on the corner which I initially thought wasn't a great spot but as the morning went on I realised it was a perfect place to be as I was near the exit door en route to the public toilets! A great place to target people as they waited for the opening to clear. I also had a clear view of the walkway as people made their way down through the stalls giving me an opportunity to approach as they were turning the corner! Please can you put me there next year!
